Returns/Exchange Policy:

Dear BHGB family, with this unfortunate situation and our main priority being the health of our family, team, and customers we have chose to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY in response to the COVID-19 until further notice. Though we are doing our part on our end to make sure packages get sent out to customers by our healthy team safely and sanitary, we can't ensure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same which could ultimately put us all at risk. 

 We want to thank you all for your understanding and continued support during these challenging times and pray that everyone stays safe and healthy.

NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS.NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from BY HIS GRACE BOUTIQUE are eligible for store credit  within 3 days after delivery. 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Customer are responsible for return shipping .

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted .

RETURNS

***NOTE: It's very important that you include your original packing slip inside of the package when you send out your return. If you've misplaced your packing slip, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indiciate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

  • All returns/exchanges will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Please provide a tracking number for all returned items (We are not responsible for lost items due to no tracking number being provided).  We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
